Submissions for the VNOP-CAS Research Days 2024 will open on September 18.

Deadline for submitting an abstract will be November 4.

The following submission types will be included for the VNOP-CAS Research Days:

Symposium

A symposium should consist of 3-4 presentations (or 3 presentations + 1 discussant). The available time is 75 minutes. Symposium organizers chair the symposium themselves, and they are free to divide the time as they wish.

Individual paper presentation:

An individual paper presentation should last approximately 10 minutes. Afterwards there will be 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Presentations will be grouped by the organizing committee based on their topics.

Poster presentation:

A poster presentation will take place in a plenary room. There will be A0 poster boards available.
