Submissions are now closed

This year’s program featured the following submission types:

Symposium

A symposium should consist of 3-4 presentations (or 3 presentations + 1 discussant). The available time is 75 minutes. Symposium organizers chair the symposium themselves, and they are free to divide the time as they wish.

Individual paper presentation:

An individual paper presentation should last approximately 10 minutes. Afterwards there will be 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Presentations will be grouped by the organizing committee based on their topics.

Poster presentation (also for RM students):

A poster presentation will take place in a plenary room. There will be A0 poster boards available. ONLY portrait posters can be used!

Criteria – Best Poster Award
The jury will evaluate posters based on the following three aspects:

• Visual Design & Clarity
• Research Focus & Methodology
• Results & Contribution
• Poster Delivery
